超声根管冲洗术治疗根尖周炎对患者局部炎症的临床价值

目的:研究分析超声根管冲洗术治疗根尖周炎对患者局部炎症的临床价值。方法:纳入2017年11月~2018年11月来本院进行根尖周炎疾病治疗的120例患者为观察对象,将患者通过随机数字表法分成例数相同的超声根管冲洗组和常规根管治疗组,超声根管冲洗组使用超声根管冲洗术治疗根尖周炎,常规根管治疗组使用常规根管治疗术进行根尖周炎的治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果以及治疗后患者牙齿疼痛发生概率进行分析比较。结果:研究结果表明,使用超声根管冲洗治疗的超声根管冲洗组患者的临床治疗有效率明显高于使用常规根管治疗术治疗的常规根管治疗组,P<0.05,同时两组患者治疗后的牙齿疼痛发生概率比较,使用超声根管冲洗治疗的超声根管冲洗组患者在治疗后的牙齿疼痛发生概率明显少于使用常规根管治疗术治疗的常规根管治疗组,P<0.05,可以将数据作为研究依据。结论:对实验结果的分析可知,对根尖周炎患者采取超声根管冲洗术进行治疗的效果明显优于其他治疗方法,同时患者在治疗后再次出现牙齿疼痛的概率也明显的降低,对于患者的预后生活质量提高方面有着十分积极的作用,因此在根尖周炎患者的临床治疗中推广使用超声根管冲洗治疗术,对患者治疗效果以及预后生活质量改善方面有着重要的意义。

Clinical Value of Ultrasonic Root Canal Irrigation for Periapical Periodontitis in Patients with Local Inflammation

Objective:To study and analyze the clinical value of ultrasonic root canal irrigation for periapical periodontitis in patients with local inflammation.Methods:The patient samples selected in this study were 120 patients who came to our hospital for treatment of periapical periodontitis from November 2017 to November 2018.The patients were divided into the same number of ultrasonic root canals by random number table method.Group and conventional root canal treatment group,ultrasonic root canal irrigation group used ultrasonic root canal irrigation to treat periapical periodontitis,and conventional root canal treatment group used conventional root canal treatment to treat periapical periodontitis.The treatment effect and the probability of tooth pain after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results:The results of the study showed that the clinical treatment efficiency of patients in the ultrasonic root canal irrigation group treated with ultrasonic root canal irrigation was significantly higher than that in the conventional root canal treatment group treated with conventional root canal therapy,P<0.05,and the treatment of both groups of patients after comparing the probability of occurrence of tooth pain,patients in the ultrasonic root canal irrigation group treated with ultrasonic root canal irrigation had a significantly lower probability of tooth pain after treatment than the conventional root canal treatment group treated with conventional root canal treatment,P<0.05,the data can be used as the research basis.Conclusion:The analysis of the experimental results shows that the effect of ultrasonic root canal irrigation on patients with periapical periodontitis is significantly better than other treatment methods.At the same time,the probability of recurrence of tooth pain after treatment is also significantly reduced for patients.The prognostic quality of life has a very positive effect.Therefore,the promotion of ultrasonic root canal irrigation in the clinical treatment of patients with periapical periodontitis is of great significance for the treatment effect of patients and the improvement of prognostic quality of life.
