社会网络对农村社区老年人身心健康的影响

目的探索社会网络对农村社区老年人身心健康影响的关系。方法采用老年人一般人口学特征调查表、健康调查简表(SF-36)和老年人社会网络量表对安徽省农村老年人开展问卷调查。结果多元Logistic回归分析结果显示,高分社会交往网(B=0.445)和高分社会支持网(B=0.555)对农村社区老年人的身体健康得分产生积极影响,P<0.05。高分的健康守护网(B=0.476)和高分情感支持网(B=0.475)对农村社区老年人心理健康得分产生积极影响,P<0.05。结论社会网络对农村老年人身心健康起促进作用,应当重视发挥社会网络的积极作用,针对农村社区老年人构建"社会-家庭-个人"的全面社会网络。

Impact of social network on the physical and mental health of the elderly in rural communities

Objective To explore the relationship between social network and physical and mental health of the elderly in rural communities.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out among the elderly in rural areas of Anhui Province using the general demographic characteristics questionnaire,the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)and social network scale of the elderly.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis results showed that high-score social network(B=0.445)and high-score social support network(B=0.555)had a positive impact on the physical health scores of the elderly in rural communities(P<0.05).High-score health guardian network(B=0.476)and high-score emotional support network(B=0.475)had a positive impact on the mental health scores of the elderly in rural communities(P<0.05).Conclusions Social network plays an important role in promoting the physical and mental health of the elderly in rural areas.We should attach importance to the positive role of social network and build a comprehensive social network of"society-family-individual"for the elderly in rural communities.
