摘    要:新发传染病是全球重大公共卫生问题,严重影响人类健康。医院是新型冠状病毒肺炎诊治的重要场所,而县级医疗卫生服务共同体作为构建整合型医疗卫生服务体系的优先策略选择,肩负着发现和诊治传染病的重要责任。成都市青白江区人民医院集团借力医共体,按照"预防为主、防治结合、科学指导、及时救治"的工作原则,开展新型冠状病毒肺炎患者医疗防治工作,为探讨医共体模式下开展传染病的防控工作,进一步完善医共体传染病管理体系与防控联动机制提供参考。

Abstract:Emerging infectious diseases have become a major global public health problem,seriously affecting human health.Hospitals are important places for the diagnosis and treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-COV-2),and the county-level medical and health service community,as a priority strategy for building an integrated medical and health service system,shoulders the important responsibility for the detection and treatment of such infectious disease.To explore the prevention and control work of infectious diseases under medical community mode,People’s Hospital Group in Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu City carried out the medical prevention and control work of SARS-COV-2 pneumonia patients,with the aid of the medical community,in accordance with the working principles of"prevention first,combined prevention&treatment,scientific guidance and timely treatment".
