摘    要:低温等离子灭菌器是医院消毒供应中心一种较为常见的医疗设备,其工作原理主要是利用过氧化氢在极度真空的灭菌舱环境中汽化后均匀扩散到整个空间,再由高频电压产生高频电场使得过氧化氢气体形成等离子体体系,多个因子间共同起到杀菌的效果。灭菌处理的全部过程均是在干燥的低温情况下进行,所以基本不会对医疗器械产生破坏作用,且不会残留任何毒性,因此其在金属与非金属的灭菌处理中均可使用。本院使用山东新华PS-100低温等离子灭菌器,为医疗器械灭菌消毒工作提供了诸多便利,但使用期间曾出现真空期超时、提纯器温度太低、扩散期压力太低、线路等故障,现就其检修过程进行分析,以供参考。

Abstract:Low-temperature plasma sterilizer is a relatively common medical equipment in the hospital’s disinfection supply center.Its working principle is mainly to use hydrogen peroxide to vaporize in the environment of an extreme vacuum sterilization chamber and spread evenly throughout the space.The high-frequency electric field generated by the voltage causes the hydrogen peroxide gas to form a plasma system,and a plurality of factors collectively play a sterilizing effect.The entire sterilization process is carried out under dry and low temperature conditions,so it will not cause damaging effects on medical devices,and will not leave any toxicity,so it can be used in metal and non-metal sterilization.The use of Shandong Xinhua PS-100 low-temperature plasma sterilizer in our hospital has provided many conveniences for the sterilization and disinfection of medical equipment.However,during the use period,the vacuum period has timed out,the temperature of the purifier is too low,the pressure during the diffusion period is too low,and the line has failed,Now analyzes its maintenance process for reference.
