| 摘 要： | 目的：评价腮腺良性肿瘤区域切除术临床应用优点,为合理选择术式提供临床依据。方法：总结2003年7月 ～2006年7月收治的50例采用腮腺区域性切除手术患者的治疗情况,观察术后疗效。结果：临床检查对于界限清楚,直径〈3cm的腮腺浅叶肿瘤,采用腮腺区域性切除术具有良好的临床疗效。结论：改良腮腺手术术式提高了手术的整体质量,取得了较好的美学效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the abvantage of clinical opplication in the regional parotid resection for providing clinical evidance in choosing reasonable methods of surgery.Methods: 50 cases patients with regional parotid resection were summarized the treatment condition and observed the curative effect after surgery.Results: Tumors of the marginal lobe of protid within 3 centemeter limit use the regional parotid resection and have fine clinical efficiency.Conlusions:The modified technique improves the quality of opreation.And may obtain better esthetis results. |
