| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸配合拔罐治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将80例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组30例,治疗组采用针灸配合拔罐治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。结果治疗组痊愈率与总有效率分别为68.0%和96.0%,对照组分别为50.0%和83.3%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针灸配合拔罐是治疗带状疱疹一种有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion plus cupping in treating herpes zoster.Methods Eighty patients with herpes zoster were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 50 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion plus cupping and the control group,medication.Results The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 68.0% and 96.0%,respectively,in the treatment group and 50.0% and 83.3%,respectively,in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion plus cupping is an effective way to treat herpes zoster. |
