| 摘 要： | 以融资租赁方式引进医疗设备有利于提高医院资金利用率、加快设备更新、盘活医院固定资产，促进医院的快速发展。文章在对医疗设备融资租赁做简单概述的基础上，讨论了医疗设备融资租赁的特点，医疗设备融资租赁对医院的作用，以及医疗设备融资租赁的会计处理问题。
