头孢他啶与环丙沙星联合治疗医院获得性铜绿假单胞菌肺炎疗效分析

目的评价头孢他啶与环丙沙星联合治疗对医院获得性铜绿假单胞菌肺炎的疗效，指导临床治疗。方法对48例医院获得性铜绿假单胞菌肺炎进行治疗，将患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组给予头孢他啶与环丙沙星联合治疗，对照组仅给予头孢他啶，连续给药10d，观察治疗前后两组临床症状改善情况及给药后第5d和第10d痰培养情况。结果实验组临床症状较对照组明显改善，实验组痰培养铜绿假单胞菌较对照组明显减少（P〈0．05）。结论头孢他啶与环丙沙星在治疗医院获得性铜绿假单胞菌肺炎中具有协同作用。

Efficacy of Ceftazidime Combined with Ciprofloxacin in Hospital Acquired Pseudomonus Aeruginosa Pneumonia

Objective To analyze the efficacy of ceftazidime combined with ciprofloxacin in treatment of hospital acquired pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia.Methods Forty-eight patients with hospital acquired pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia were divided into the test group and the control group.The test group was treated with ceftazidime combined with ciprofloxacin,while the control group was treated with ceftazidime alone;and the duration of antibiotic administration was 10 days.The changes of clinical symptoms and the results of sputum culture at the 5th and 10th days after treatment were observed.Results The clinical symptoms of the test group significantly improved,and pseudomonas aeruginosa in sputum of the test group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusions:Ceftazidime combined with ciprofloxacin has synergism effect in treatment of hospital acquired pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia.
