| 摘 要： | 本文应用同位素标记前体[~3H-TdR]掺入法,观察RS 034对10例临床直肠癌离体细胞生长抑制作用。同时以丝裂霉素、氟脲嘧啶、甲氨喋呤、长春新碱、噻(口替)呱等药物为对照。结果表明在低浓度RS 034作用下,对离体直肠癌细胞生长代谢显示出明显的抑制作用(p<0.01).

| Abstract: | An in vitro comparation was made by way of liquid scintilation counting between the inhibition of ~3H-thymidine uptake by rectal cancer cells from 10 clinical speciments treated with RS 034 and that by cells from the same speciments with MMC, 5-FU, MTX, VCR and TTP. The results showed that RS 034 even at low concentration exerted significant inhibitory effect(p<0.01) on human rectal cancer cells. |
