| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了葛根芩连汤对小鼠免疫功能的影响.该方能使小鼠主要免疫器官中的ANAE~+淋巴细胞百分率升高,脾脏抗体形成细胞(PFC)数量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时给药组小鼠腹腔Mφ细胞吞噬作用亦明显增强,其吞噬百分率和吞噬指数与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。但该方对小鼠主要免疫器官重量及血清抗体滴度影响不明显(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | Effects of GGQLT on the immune function in mice were observed. The results showed that the number of ANAE+ lymphocytes in immune organs and of PFC in spleen and the phogocytic rate and index of peritoneal macrophaes in mice fed with GGQLT were significantly more than those in the control groups (P<0.05) .It indicates that GGQLT may give some benefit to immune function in mice, but weight of immune organ and titer of anti-SRBC antibody in serum in the two groups were of little difference ( P>0.05). |
