| 摘 要： | 目的建立山黄麻生药鉴定的方法。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别和理化鉴别方法。结果山麻黄除具有双子叶植物的一般组织结构特征外,还具有发达的纤维和大量草酸钙簇晶。结论该鉴定方法可靠,可为制定该药材质量标准提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the identification methods for Trema rientalis(L.) BL.Methods The plant was identified by morphological and histological identification,microscopic identification,physical and chemical identification methods.Results Besides the similar structure of the perennial herbaceous dicotyledon,there were a lot of fibers and calcium oxalate crystals in the plant.Conclusion The method was reliable and could be used as in the quality standard of Trema orientalis.(L.) BL. |
