酒石酸布托啡诺治疗产妇腰硬联合麻醉后寒战的临床观察

目的:评价酒石酸布托啡诺对剖宫产产妇腰硬联合麻醉后寒战的疗效。方法:选择腰硬联合麻醉下行剖宫产发生寒战的产妇90例,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,随机分成3组,每组30例:酒石酸布托啡诺组(B组),哌替啶组(D组),对照组(生理氯化钠溶液组,C组)。所用药物均用生理氯化钠溶液稀释到5 mL。发生寒战的产妇均在胎儿出生后给予治疗药物。观察给药后产妇寒战反应的变化、镇静程度以及恶心呕吐、心动过速等不良反应的发生情况。结果:各组治疗寒战有效率B组(93%)、D组(97%)与对照组(0)存在显著性差异(P<0.05);B和D组镇静效果满意,均无恶心、呕吐发生;心动过速发生例数D组大于B组(P<0.05)。结论:酒石酸布托啡诺治疗剖宫产产妇麻醉后寒战效果确切,镇静效果满意,且不良反应小。

Effect of butorphanol tartrate on postanesthesia shaking in patients undergoing caesarean section

Objective:To evaluate the effect of butorphanol tartrate on postanesthesia shaking in patients undergoing caesarean section after combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.Methods:Ninety patients with shaking af- ter anesthesia when they were undergoing caesarean section were randomly divided into three groups.They were treated with intravenous infusion of butorphanol tartrate(0.5 mg),meperidine(30 mg)and 0.9% sodium chlo- ride(5 mL,control),respectively.The development of shaking,sedation degree and the side effects(including nausea,vomiting and tachycardia)was observed after the treatments.Results:The effective rate on shaking was 93% after butorphanol and 97% after meperidine treatment,which were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).No nausea and vomiting were observed.Tachycardia rate was significantly higher after meperi- dine than after butorphanol treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Butorphanol tartrate is effective and safe on post- anesthesia shaking in patients undergoing caesarean section.
