秦皇岛市二港口鼠传出血热(HFRS)病毒初步调查

目的调查了解秦皇岛市地方港口区域鼠类携带肾综合症出血热(HFRS)病毒情况,以便为采取有效的防控措施提供科学依据。方法在秦皇岛市甲乙两个地方港口区域内采用夹夜法进行鼠密度调查,对捕获的鼠类进行计数和鉴定,取鼠肺采用免疫荧光法(IFA)检测鼠肺HFRS病毒抗原。结果2006年11月15～21日共在甲乙两个港区各捕获6只褐家鼠Rattus norvegicus(Berkenhout,1769),平均鼠密度分别为2.19%和2.30%,各检出携带HFRS病毒阳性鼠1只,带毒阳性率为16.67%。结论秦皇岛甲乙两个地方港口区域鼠密度超标,携带HFRS病毒情况严重,应及时采取必要的控制措施。

Study on HFRS virus surveillance carried by rodents collected in Qinhuangdao local areas

Objective The conditions of HFRS virus carried by rodents collected in Qinhuangdao local port areas were researched so as to draw certain scientific evidences to control the HFRS virus.Methods The rodents were collected with rat traps method in Qinhuangdao local port areas and then were classified and calculated.The HFRS virus antigens were tested from rodents' lungs by IFA in lab.Results That 6 Rattus norvegicus(Berkenhout,1769)were collected in two different port areas as A and B with the average rodent densities 2.19% and 2.30% respectively.Each rodent group were tested positively to HFRS virus antigens with the positive rates 16.67%.Conclusion It is showed that the situations of rodents and HFRS virus carried by rodents in two different port areas as A and B in Qinhuangdao were over the standard concerned as well as the effective controlling measures should be taken promptly.
