骆驼蓬全草提取物的抗肿瘤作用

摘    要:目的研究骆驼蓬全草的不同体积分数的乙醇的提取物Ⅰ(alcohol extractⅠ,AEⅠ)、Ⅱ(alco-hol extractⅡ,AEⅡ)和水提取物(water extract,WE)对人宫颈癌细胞Hela和人肺癌A549细胞的抑制作用。方法用体外细胞培养和MTT法检测骆驼蓬全草的不同体积分数的乙醇的提取物Ⅰ、Ⅱ和水提取物对Hela和A549细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果与结论AEⅠ、AEⅡ和WE对Hela细胞的半数抑制质量浓度分别为187.31、195.32、118.50 mg.L-1。AEⅠ、AEⅡ和WE对A549细胞的半数抑制浓度分别为243.76、225.65、123.99 mg.L-1。AEⅠ、AEⅡ和WE对Hela细胞和A549细胞均有抑制作用,其抑制作用的强度与药物质量浓度成正比,同质量浓度下WS的抑制作用最强。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate antitumor efficacy of whole plant extracts of Peganalaum harmala in vitro.Methods Cell culture and an MTT assay were used to determine inhibition of human Hela cervical cancer cells and A549 lung cancer cell by ethanol extracts(AEⅠ and AEⅡ) and aqueous extracts(WE) of Peganalaum harmala.Results and Conclusions IC_(50) of AEⅠ,AEⅡ,and WE to Hela and A549 cells were 187,195,119,244,226,and 124 mg·L~(-1),respectively.It was concluded that AEⅠ,AEⅡ and WE could inhibit Hela and A549 cell,and the degree of inhibition was concentration dependent.At equivalent concentrations,WE provided the greatest inhibitory effect.
