| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年型胆囊炎合并胆石症的临床特点及手术治疗效果.方法回顾性分析46例患者的临床资料.全部病例均行胆囊切除术,19例行胆总管探查术.结果术后病理检查证实均为胆石症合并胆囊炎.39例痊愈,1例死亡.结论尽早手术、解除胆道梗阻、解除中毒因素是治疗成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Aim To explore the clinical characters of senile cholelithiasis and cholecystitis.Methods Data of 46 cases with senile cholelithiasis and cholecystitis were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were carried out by cholecystectomy.19 cases were carried out by exploration of common bile duct.Results After treatment,all cases are approved to be cholelithiasis and cholecystitis.39 cases were cured,one case dead.Conclusion Operation should be performed as soon as possible.To release obstruction of biliary tract is the key point for treatment. |
