89例胃癌的早期诊断及治疗临床资料分析

目的:通过89例临床资料,分析胃癌的早期诊断、治疗的方法及对预后的影响。方法:回顾性分析2004年1月至2010年1月我院EGC的临床资料。结果:本组EGC共89例,1、3、5年生存率分别为100%、95%和90%。肿瘤浸润至黏膜层及黏膜下层者5年生存率分别为95%和90%。D1和D2术者5年生存率分别为100%和95%。结论:胃癌的早期诊断可以明显提高胃癌患者的生存率,通过人群的筛查可以提高胃癌的早期诊断率。手术治疗仍是早期胃癌的首选治疗方案。

Clinical data analysis of 89 cases of early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer

Objective: To analyse the early diagnosis,treatment methods and the prognosis effects of gastric cancer by 89 cases.Methods: Have a retrospective analysis on our hospital clinical data of EGC from January 2004 to January 2010.Results: The total patients in this group EGC are 89.The survival rates of one,three and five years are 100%,95% and 90%.The people of tumor-infiltrating mucosa and submucosa's 5-year survival rates are ninety-five percent and ninety percent.The surgery of D1 and D2' 5-year survival rates are one hundred percent and ninety-five percent.Conclusion: The early diagnosis of gastric cancer can improve the survival rate of patients whom with gastric cancer significantly,we can increase the rate of early diagnosis of gastric cancer through population screening.Surgical treatment is still the preferred treatment of early gastric cancer.
