黄石地区口腔器械消毒与灭菌质量调查

为了解黄石地区口腔器械HBV污染现状,规范口腔器械消毒,预防和控制医源性感染,采用现场检查和抽检的方法,对口腔科诊疗环境及口腔器械上HBV-DNA污染状况进行了调查。结果,共采集消毒前器械270份,检出HBV-DNA阳性21份,检出率7.8%;检测消毒后口腔器械127份,消毒合格率96.4%;检测灭菌器械143份,灭菌合格率79.1%。结论,各级医疗机构口腔器械消毒工作存在问题,灭菌效果合格率明显偏低。

SURVEY OF QUALITY OF DISINFECTION AND STERILIZATION OF STOMATOLOGICAL INSTRUMENTS IN HUANGSHI PREFECTURE

In order to know the present situation of HBV contamination of stomatological instruments in Huangshi Prefecture,to improve disinfection of stomatological instruments and to control iatrogenic infection,on-the-spot examination and selective examination were used to carry out survey of HBV-DNA contamination of environment of stomatology department and stomatological instruments.Results: A total of 270 pieces of instruments before disinfection were collected and 21 pieces were found to be HBV-DNA positive,with a positive rate of 7.8%.127 pieces of stomatological instruments after disinfection were examined and the eligible disinfection rate was 96.14%.143 pieces of sterilized instruments were examined and the eligible sterilization rate was 79.1%.Conclusion: There were problems in stomatological instrument disinfection work in medical instritutions at various levels and the eligible sterilization rate was significantly low.
