| 摘 要： | 目的 :为开发长刺 木 ( Aralia spininfolia Merr.)根的开发利用提供鉴定依据。方法 :应用来源鉴定、显微鉴定、薄层色谱鉴别法。结果 :详细描述了长刺 木根的性状和横切面、粉末显微特征 ;经薄层色谱分析发现该药材含有以齐墩果酸为苷元的苷类成分。结论 :所发现的这些特征可作为鉴别长刺 木根的依据

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To provide evidences for the identification of Aralia spininfolia for the exploitation and utilization. METHODS:The characteristic feature were studied by source identification and microscopic observations and its chemical constituents identified by TLC.RESULTS:Macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of this crude drug were described. Oleanolic acid saponin were found by TLC.CONCLUSION:The characteristics revealed in the studies could provide a basis for the identification of this crude drug. |
