心力衰竭的基因治疗

摘    要:心力衰竭是多种心脏疾病的终末阶段,一般常规治疗预后不佳。近年来不断涌现的基因治疗方法,补充缺失的正常功能蛋白质、抑制体内某些基因的过度表达等,可以从根本上达到治疗心力衰竭的目的,为心力衰竭治疗提供了新的契机。现就心力衰竭基因治疗的作用靶点以及心脏基因转运技术的研究进展等进行综述。

Abstract:Heart failure is the end-stage of heart disease.Its morbidity rate is very high.The common therapy methods are not very effective.The gene therapies,which are emerging constantly in recent years,can achieve the goal of treating the heart failure to decline fundamentally by supplementary normal function protein that lacks,suppressing in the body the surplus of some genes expressed.The gene therapies have offered the new opportunity for the treatment of heart failure.In this context,several targets being considered for therapeutic intervention and the recent advances in gene delivery technologies were reviewed.
