消疼液喷雾剂在骨折早期的应用

为观察消球疼液喷雾剂的消肿，止痛效果，将208例四肢闭合性骨折采用骨牵引外固定架或髓内针经皮内固定的感染髓随分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组使用消疼液喷雾剂，每日4－6次喷洒于患部，观察肿胀及疼痛减轻程度及时间，对照组使用安慰剂，用法及观察同治疗组，结果显示，治疗组在消除肿胀，疼痛方面效果优于对照组，起效时间也比对照组时间短，经统计学处理P＜0．05），具有显著性差异，表明消疼液喷雾剂消肿快，止痛效果好，对于骨折后的肿胀，疼痛症状的迅速解除具有较好的疗效。

THE APPLICATION OF XIAOTENGYE SPRAR IN THE EARLY STAGE OF FRACTURE

To observe the swelling subduing and analgesic effect of Xiaotengye. Methods: Two hundred and eight cases with closed fractures patients of the limbs treated with bone traction or intramedullary nailing, which were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. In treatment group XS were sprayed in the affected part 4 6 times everyday in order to observe the relieving degree of swelling and pain, the placebos were used in the control group in the same way. Results: The significant effective time and effective time of relieving swelling and pain in treatment group were shorter than that in control group, and there is significant difference between treatment group and control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: XS can relieve swelling and pain quickly, and have good curative effects in swelling and pain of fracture.
