| 摘 要： | 青少年腰椎间盘突出症临床上较为特殊，1990年1月至2007年12月本院收治住院腰椎间盘突出症6526例，其中20岁以下68例（1．04％）。本文通过回顾性分析得到随访的42例，以总结其临床特点、疗效，探讨其发病因素。
