CT诊断上胸部肋软骨与肋骨连接处不对称向前突起的意义

目的：研究胸部CT在诊断上胸部肋软骨与肋骨连接处不对称性向前突起的意义。方法：回顾性分析11例近年我院门诊将肋软骨与肋骨连接处不对称性向前突起诊断为肋骨占位病人的CT表现,总结误诊的原因,提出合理的诊断方法。结果：11例患者的胸片均未发现异常征象,CT胸部平扫发现11例均有上胸部肋软骨与肋骨连接处不对称向前突起,形成“占位”假象,肋骨及肋软骨、胸壁软组织均未发现占位性病变,从而为临床明确了诊断。结论：胸部CT检查对上胸部肋软骨与肋骨连接处不对称向前突起能做出明确诊断。

The Significance of Chest CT Scan on Diagnosis of Asymmetry Antero-protuberance in the Synostoses of Upper Breast Cartilago Costalis and Rib

Objective: To investigate the significance of chest CT scan on diagnosis of asymmetry antero-protuberancet in the synostoses of the upper breast cartilago costalis and ribs.Methods: The CT manifestation of 11 cases with asymmetry antero-protuberance in the synostoses between upper breast cartilago costalis and ribs,whom were misdiagnosed as ribs space-occupying lesions were analyzed retrospedively,and the reasons of misdiagnosis were summarzed.Results: In the 11 cases asymmetry antero-protuberance in the synostoses of the upper breast cartilago costalis and ribs were found in the chest CT scan and formed space-occupying pseudomorph,but space-occupying lesions were not found in ribs,cartilago costalis and soft tissue of chest wall and abnormal signs were not found in chest X-ray of all 11case.so the diagnosis in clinic was identified.Conclusion: Chest CT scan can identify the diagnosis of asymmetry antero-protuberance in the synostoses of the upper breast cartilago costalis and ribs.
