| 摘 要： | 评估影响卵巢上皮性癌患者预后的因素。回顾性分析协和医院、同济医院1990年1月至1998年12月收治的卵巢上皮性癌患者131例，判断其预后影响因素。单因素分析结果表明，年龄、一般情况、绝经情况、临床分期、病理类型、癌发部位、残余灶及腹膜后淋巴结清除术是影响预后的因素。而多因素分析表明年龄、分期、残余灶、腹膜后淋巴结清除术及术后化疗的疗程数是影响预后的重要因素。

| Abstract: | The prognostic factors which have an impact on overall survival in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were evaluated. The data of 131 patients treated between Jan. 1990 and Dec. 1998 in Xiehe Hospital and Tongji Hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Independent prognostic factors were identified. Univariate analysis showed that the age, general conditions, menopausal status, stage, pathological types, the locations of cancer, residual tumor and retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy were the prognostic factors. Multivariate analysis revealed that the age, stage, residual tumor, retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy and the number of chemotherapy courses were the predominant prognostic factors. |
