腹腔镜在直肠癌根治术中的应用研究

1995年11月至1996年4月以腹腔镜进行直肠癌根治术4例。其中Parks术3例。Miles术1例,手术均获成功。并对手术的可行性、安全性、技术关键与处理要点等问题乾地了认真探索,认为在腹腔镜下进行直肠癌根治术,对盆腔解剖辩认清楚,手术损伤小,出血少,术后恢复快,适宜于Dukes A期与B期的病员。熟练的腹腔镜手术技术。术中预防出血及邻近脏器损伤是手术取得成功的关键。

The four cases all succeeded. The article has been carefully studied into the problems of possibility, safety, key technique and mana-gement points. It is considered that the surgery teatment for the rectum carcinoma is operateol on under the iaparoscopie, we can recognire the. cavum pelvis anatomiring clearly, the trauma is small, and only a little blood come out. The patient gets well soon, It is applied to the patients of the period A and B of Dukes, The skilled laparoscopic surgery technique, the operation with little blood and without wounding incised the entrails nearby are the keys to success in the operation.
