| 摘 要： | 甘草次酸是甘草的主要药理学活性物质。近年来随着甘草次酸药理作用的研究不断深入,其药理作用日渐被认识。甘草次酸具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒、治疗心血管疾病、免疫调节、抗氧化、肾上腺皮质激素样作用等多种药理作用。本文结合近年来国内外的研究情况对甘草次酸的药理作用做简要综述。

| Abstract: | Glyeyrrhetinic acid is one of the main pharmacological substances of licorice. In recent years, glyeyrrhetinie acid have been found with multiple pharmacological effects, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antivirus, anti-cardiovascular diseases, immunoregulation, anti-oxidation, and adrenal cortex-like effect, etc. Pharmacological action of glycyrrhetinie acid is reviewed in this paper aceordding to the investigation of the world. |
