| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹膜透析管漂移堵管的原因,应用腹腔镜手术行疏通复位及内固定术的效果。方法：为57例腹膜透析管漂移堵管手法复位及其他非手术方法治疗无效的患者行腹腔镜下疏通复位及内固定术。结果：57例疏通复位手术均获成功,行内固定术后无再漂管,可早期恢复腹膜透析。结论：腹腔镜下透析管复位疏通、内固定术安全有效,可作为腹膜透析管漂移堵塞的首选处理方法,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the reason of peritoneal dialysis catheter malposition and blockage,and the effect of laparoscopic operation in recanalization,reposition and internally fixation of the tube.Methods:Fifty-seven patients with peritoneal dialysis catheter malposition and blockage were ineffective with nonsurgical reposition,and underwent laparoscopic recanalization,reposition and internal fixation.Results:All 57 cases with peritoneal catheter malposition were successfully reposited and internally fixated with laparoscopy.The patients can resume the peritoneal dialysis early without reposition after the operation.Conclusions:Laparoscopic tubal recanalization,reposition and internal fixation is safe and effective,it can be the first choice in treatment of peritoneal dialysis catheter malposition and blockage and should be widely used in clinic. |
