地西他滨联合CAG或HAAG方案治疗老年白血病疗效比较

目的:观察地西他滨(DAC)+CAG方案与地西他滨(DAC)+HAAG方案治疗初治老年急性非淋巴细胞白血病(AML)的疗效与安全。方法:回顾性分析我院血液科近5年的58例老年初治急性非淋巴细胞白血病患者,其中35例接受DAC+CAG方案诱导化疗,23例接受DAC+HAAG方案诱导化疗。结果:DAC+CAG及DAC+HAAG组缓解率分别为51.4%及60.9%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.592),两组有效率分别为62.9%及69.6%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.779)。经过平均12个月(1~60个月)的随访,两组的2年存活率分别为23.5%及33.3%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.591)。结论:DAC+CAG与DAC+HAAG方案对于诱导老年急性非淋巴细胞白血病缓解的疗效差异并不明显,两种方案对患者的长期生存并无明显影响。

Comparison the outcomes of decitabine(DAC) combined with CAG regimen or HAAG regimen treated elder acute myeloid leukemia patients

Objective: To compare the outcomes and securities of decitabine(DAC) combined with CAG regimen and DAC combined HAAG regimen treated elder acute myeloid leukemia patients.Methods:58 elder AML patients were on our retrospective analysis.35 patients were received DAC+CAG induction chemotherapy treatment.23 patients were received DAC+HAAG induction chemotherapy treatment.Results:The CR rate was 51.4% in DAC+CAG group，while the DAC+HAAG group was 60.9%(P=0.592).The effective rate was 62.9% and 69.6% in DAC+CAG group and DAC+HAAG group(P=0.779).After average 12 months follow up，the 2-year overall survival(OS) rates of two groups were 23.5% and 33.3%(P=0.591).Conclusion:A significant difference was not observed of DAC+CAG or DAC+HAAG regions in the treatment of elder AML patients，and neither the difference in survivals.
