Recent advances and prospect in targeted therapy for lung cancer

During the past years, targeted agents have dramatically changed the diagnosis and treatment paradigm of lung cancer,which also have significantly improved the survival and quality of life for patients with lung cancer. With the innovations of targetedagents, the optimization of modes of targeted treatment, the exploration of mechanisms of drug resistance and the research anddevelopment of novel targets and drugs, the context of targeted therapy in lung cancer is largely enriched. In this paper, we discussedthe recent advances and future direction of targeted therapy for driver mutation positive lung cancer.
