Fascin蛋白在肺腺癌中的表达及临床意义

目的:检测Fascin蛋白在肺腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测Fascin蛋白在75例肺腺癌中的表达，分析其表达与肺腺癌患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。 结果:Fascin蛋白在正常肺泡上皮及支气管纤毛柱状上皮中不表达，而在75例肺腺癌病例中21例出现Fascin蛋白高表达（28.0%）。Fascin蛋白高表达与淋巴结转移、较晚的pTNM分期及肿瘤进展相关（P均<0.05）；Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示Fascin蛋白高表达患者的中位总生存时间与无进展生存时间均显著低于Fascin蛋白低表达患者（P＜0.05），Cox多因素分析显示Fascin蛋白高表达为肺腺癌患者的独立预后因子（P＜0.05）。结论:Fascin与肺腺癌的发生发展及不良预后密切相关，有望成为肺腺癌的恶性表型筛选、预后判断及分子靶向治疗位点的潜在候选因子。

Expression and clinical significance of Fascin protein in lung adenocarcinoma

Objective:To study the expression of Fascin protein in lung adenocarcinoma and its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics.Methods:Immunohistochemical method applied to 75 lung adenocarcinoma tissues was performed to examine the expression status of Fascin and their impacts on the prognosis and other pathologic parameters.Results:High expression of Fascin was tested in 21 cases (28.0%).Accordingly,the high expression of Fascin was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis (P＜0.05),advanced pTNM stage (P＜0.01) and tumor progression (P＜0.01).Poor overall survival and progression-free survival were observed in patients with high expression of Fascin protein (P＜0.05).The Cox multivariate survival analysis showed that high expression of Fascin was independent prognostic factor (P＜0.05).Conclusion:High expression of Fascin correlates with poor outcome in lung adenocarcinoma patients.Accordingly,Fascin protein may be attractive therapeutic strategies and molecular prognosis marker for lung adenocarcinoma patients in future clinical trials.
