宫颈癌分期的研究进展

宫颈癌是唯一只有临床分期的妇科恶性肿瘤,至今仍采用国际妇产科联盟(International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics,FIGO)制订的临床分期标准,被公认为诊断归类的统一标准。在临床工作中,依据临床分期的诊治规范,对宫颈癌患者制定诊疗计划。但其临床分期对判断宫旁浸润、阴道切缘、脉管浸润及分化程度等缺乏客观性,并且未将淋巴结转移因素考虑在内,在临床工作中影响着宫颈癌的诊断、治疗及预后。影像学检查可提高宫颈癌临床分期的准确率,而术后病理则可作为临床分期的补充。

The research progress of cervical cancer staging

Cervical cancer is the only gynecological malignancy with clinical stage，which still adopts the clinical stage standard developed by the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)，and is widely recognized as the unified standard for diagnosis and classification.In the clinical work，according to the diagnosis and treatment standard of clinical stage，the diagnosis and treatment plan is made for cervical cancer patients.However，its clinical staging is not objective in judging the degree of parastomal infiltration，vaginal incision，vascular invasion and differentiation，and does not take the factors of lymph node metastasis into account，which affects the diagnosis，treatment and prognosis of cervical cancer in clinical work.Imaging examination can improve the accuracy of clinical staging of cervical cancer，while postoperative pathology can be used as a supplement to clinical staging.
