摘    要:同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是甲硫氨酸代谢过程的中间产物,以各种形式存在于血液中。自 20 世纪 30 年代发现Hcy以来,其在高血压、心脑血管疾病、免疫系统疾病和肿瘤疾病中的致病作用被越来越多的研究证实。近年来,Hcy与甲状腺疾病的关系也引起了研究者的广泛关注,其与多种甲状腺疾病的发生发展密切相关。笔者就Hcy与甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能减退、慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎和甲状腺癌等相关甲状腺疾病关系的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Homocysteine (Hcy) is an intermediate product of methionine metabolism and exists in blood in various forms. The pathogenic effect of Hcy in hypertension, immune system, tumor, cardiovascular, and cerebrovascular diseases has been proven since the 1930s. The relationship between Hcy and thyroid diseases has attracted considerable attention from researchers in recent years due to its high correlation with the occurrence and development of various thyroid diseases. The author reviews the research progress of the relationship between Hcy and related thyroid diseases, such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis, and thyroid cancer.
