| 摘 要： | 右心血流动力学的重要性已得到广泛认可，其在循环系统中的作用非常重要，生化指标和临床试验只能间接评价右心室功能，而超声心动图、核素心血池显像和心脏磁共振成像等影像学技术使得右心室功能的评价更加全面、客观、准确。为了对评价右心室功能的技术有更全面的了解，笔者就上述影像学方法在右心室功能评价方面的应用予以综述。

| Abstract: | Right heart hemodynamics play a crucial role in the circulatory system. Biochemical indicators and clinical trials can only evaluate the right ventricular function indirectly. Imaging techniques, such as echocardiography, nuclide blood pool imaging, and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging, increase the objectivity, accuracy, and comprehensiveness of the evaluation of the right ventricular function. To obtain a comprehensive understanding of the technology for evaluating the right ventricular function, the author reviews the application of the abovementioned inspection methods in such evaluations. |
