孤立性肺结节诊断模型研究进展

孤立性肺结节(solitary pulmonary nodule,SPN)是目前临床十分常见但诊断却十分困难的疾病,因大多数患者结节发现时多无症状,医生对结节的判断主要依据医生的临床经验,带有很大的主观色彩。因此,建立一种准确且客观的肺结节良恶性诊断方法十分必要。从1997年梅奥恶性预测模型的构建以来,预测模型在结节性质判断中占据重要地位。时至今日,国内外不乏肺结节诊断模型的文章发表,但其对结节的诊断价值如何仍缺乏统一性。本文就较具代表性的肺结节诊断模型及其在结节诊断中的价值进行总结。

Advances in diagnosis models of solitary pulmonary nodules

Solitary pulmonary nodule is a very common and difficult problem in clinical diagnosis at present.Because most of the patients have no symptoms when the nodules are found,the doctor's criteria for the nodules are mainly based on the doctor's clinical experience,with a lot of subjective color.It is necessary to establish an accurate and objective method for the diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules.Predictive models play an important role in the judgment of nodular properties.Up to now,there are many articles about the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules at home and abroad.However,the diagnostic value of pulmonary nodules is still lack of unity.This paper summarizes the more representative model of pulmonary nodules diagnosis and its value in the diagnosis of nodules.
