原发性颌骨内鳞状细胞癌的研究现状

原发性颌骨内鳞状细胞癌(primary intraosseous squamous cell carcinoma，PIOSCC)是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤，只发生于上下颌骨，由残余的牙源性上皮，牙源性囊肿或肿瘤发展而来的颌骨内鳞状细胞癌(squamous cell carcinoma，SCC)。慢性炎症刺激是PIOSCC的诱发因素之一。PIOSCC发病率低，临床及影像学表现无特征性，容易导致误诊以及延误治疗。该病缺乏系统性研究，为了增加对该疾病的了解，笔者检索了国外相关文献，就原发性颌骨内鳞状细胞癌的发病机制、临床表现、影像学表现、病理表现、诊断、治疗方法及预后因素作一综述。

Research status of primary intraosseous squamous cell carcinoma

Primary intraosseous squamous cell carcinoma (PIOSCC) is a rare malignant neoplasm that has an exquisitely exclusive affection to the jawbone.It is defined as squamous cell carcinoma arising within the jaw and developing from residual odontogenic epithelium or from a preexisting odontogenic cyst or tumor.It has been hypothesized that the key factor in carcinogenesis is chronic inflammation.The incidence of PIOSCC is low，besides these clinical and imaging features are not characteristic，which may lead to misdiagnosis and delayed treatment.PIOSCC lacks of a systematic study.In order to increase the understanding of the disease，the author reviewed the related literature abroad and summarized the pathogenesis，clinical manifestations，imaging and pathological findings，diagnosis，treatment and prognostic factors of PIOSCC.
