| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨结直肠癌患病风险与ABO血型分布的关系。方法:通过LinkDoc数据库（LinkDoc Data）抽取辽宁省肿瘤医院含有ABO血型信息的结直肠癌住院患者的数据2 333例，与本地区另一家三甲医院的血型样本（36 124例）对照，回顾性分析不同血型患结直肠癌的风险。结果:2 333例结直肠癌患者中，A型患者663例（28.42%），AB型患者689例（29.53%），B型患者721例（30.90%），O型患者260例（11.14%）。与对照组比较，AB型较非AB型结直肠癌患病风险升高（OR=3.54，95%CI=3.219~3.893），O型较非O型结直肠癌患病风险下降（OR=0.299，95%CI=0.262~0.341）。结论:结直肠癌患者ABO血型分布与对照人群ABO血型分布有明显差别，AB型人群较其它血型人群结直肠癌发生风险升高，而O型结直肠癌发生风险降低，血型可能是结直肠癌发生的危险因素之一，但是有地域差别，在本地区AB血型人群应该是结直肠癌重点筛查对象。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between ABO blood group distribution and colorectal cancer risk.Methods:2 333 cases of colorectal cancer patients in Liaoning Cancer Hospital were selected from LinkDoc database (LinkDoc Data)，and 36 124 cases of patients from another class III A hospital in this region were selected as control group.The risk of colorectal cancer was retrospectively analyzed based on ABO blood group.OR values of each blood group for patients with colorectal cancer were compared with the all other patients in control group to determine the risk of tumor in different ABO blood group.Results:Among the 2 333 patients with colorectal cancer,there were 663 patients with type A (28.42%),689 patients with type AB (29.53%)，721 patients with type B (30.90%)，and 260 patients with type O (11.14%).Compared with the control group,the risk of type AB colorectal cancer was higher than that of non-AB colorectal cancer (OR=3.54,95%CI =3.219~3.893),and the risk of type O colorectal cancer was lower than that of non-O colorectal cancer (OR=0.299,95%CI =0.262 ~ 0.341).Conclusion:The distribution of ABO blood group and control group in patients with colorectal cancer has obvious different distribution of ABO blood group.AB blood group might have a higher risk of developing colorectal cancer,and patients in type O blood group might have a lower risk to develop colorectal cancer.Although there could be regional effects for blood group distribution，blood type may be a risk factor for colorectal cancer occurred.AB blood type in this region population should be focused on colorectal cancer screening. |
