分析层级管理模式对内科护理质量的影响

目的：探讨内科实施层级管理对护理质量的影响。方法：自2021年6月至2022年6月在我院内科实施层级管理模式护理管理,筛选内科30名护理人员进行研究,设置2020年6月-2021年5月为分层管理前,实施常规护理管理模式。比较管理前后护理质量评分和护理人员工作满意度。结果：相较于管理前,管理后内科护理质量评分各方面均显著提升(P<0.05)；相较于管理前,管理后内科护理人员工作满意度显著提高(P<0.05)。结论：在内科护理管理中应用层级管理模式的效果显著,能够促进内科护理工作质量的提升,调动工作人员积极性,认可度较高。

Analyanalyze the impact of hierarchical management model on the quality of medical care

Objective: To explore the influence of hierarchical management on the quality of care. Methods: From June 2021 to June 2022, the hierarchical management mode nursing management was implemented in the internal department of our hospital, and 30 nursing staff in internal medicine were selected for research. From June 2020 to May 2021, the routine nursing management mode was implemented. Comparing care quality scores and nursing staff job satisfaction before and after management. Results: Compared with before management, the quality score of medical care was improved significantly (P <0.05); compared with before management, the job satisfaction of medical nurses was significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of hierarchical management mode in internal nursing management is remarkable, which can promote the improvement of internal nursing work quality, mobilize the enthusiasm of staff, and have high recognition.
