| 摘 要： | 食管癌在我国已经是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一，食管癌治疗失败的原因主要是局部复发和未控，并且发现大部分患者在食管癌根治术后1～2年内复发。目前手术治疗、再程放疗、放化疗、靶向治疗等是食管癌治疗的主要手段，本文将对食管癌复发的因素及不同的放疗方式进行综述，进一步为局部复发性食管癌的治疗提供参考。

| Abstract: | Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive tract in China.Local recurrence and uncontrolled are the main reasons for the failure of esophageal cancer treatment，and most patients relapse within 1～2 years.At present，surgery，re-irradiation，chemoradiotherapy and targeted therapy are the main means of treatment.This article will review the factors of recurrence of esophageal cancer and different methods of radiotherapy，and provide reference for the further treatment of local recurrent esophageal cancer. |
