肝内胆管细胞癌组织中PD-L1表达及与临床病理特征的关系

目的:利用免疫组化方法检测肝内胆管细胞癌组织中程序性细胞死亡配体1(PD-L1）的表达情况，进而研究PD-L1表达与肝内胆管细胞癌临床病理因素之间的关系。方法:选取2014年1月至2017年12月就诊于蚌埠医学院第一附属医院并且接受手术治疗的60例肝内胆管细胞癌患者癌组织并选取其中40例癌旁组织作为对照，采用免疫组织化学法检测PD-L1分子在60例癌症组织以及40例癌旁组织中的表达情况，在此基础上探究肝内胆管细胞癌中PD-L1表达与临床病理因素之间的关系。结果:PD-L1分子在肝内胆管细胞癌组织中的表达与癌旁组织相比存在显著差异，差异有统计学意义(51.7％ vs 5％，P<0.05）；不同TNM 分期间及不同淋巴结转移情况中，PD-L1分子表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05）；肝内胆管细胞癌患者性别、年龄、分化程度和肿瘤直径与PD-L1表达无关，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05）。结论:肝内胆管细胞癌组织中PD-L1分子呈高表达，并且很大可能推动肿瘤的发生发展。

The expression of PD-L1 in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological feature

Objective:To demonstrate the expression of PD-L1 in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma by immunohistochemistry，and to study the relationship between PD-L1 expression and clinicopathological factors of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.Methods:From January 2014 to December 2017，60 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma who underwent surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were collected，and 40 cases of adjacent tissues were selected as controls.The expression of PD-L1 molecule in 60 cases of cancer tissues and 40 cases of adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method.The relationship between PD-L1 expression and clinicopathological factors in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma was explored.Results:The expression of PD-L1 in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma was significantly different from that in adjacent tissues.The difference was statistically significant(51.7% vs 5%，P<0.05).In the case of different TNM stages and lymph node metastasis，the expression of PD-L1 was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gender，age，degree of differentiation and tumor diameter of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma were not associated with PD-L1 expression，and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of PD-L1 is highly expressed in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma，and it is likely to promote the development of tumors.
