乳腺癌治疗相关心血管不良事件的诊治进展

乳腺癌是全球女性最常见的恶性肿瘤，是女性癌症死亡的主要原因，在过去的40年中，随着诊疗手段不断提升，早期乳腺癌的死亡率下降近40%，人们越来越关注乳腺癌患者早期治疗的心脏毒性及长期的预后水平。与治疗相关的心血管不良事件已成为癌症患者死亡的常见原因，且心血管疾病（cardiovascular disease，CVD）是50岁以上乳腺癌患者死亡的主要原因，临床上乳腺癌患者心血管不良事件风险的早期筛查和管理，对提高患者生存率及生活质量尤为重要。本文对乳腺癌治疗相关心血管不良事件的早期诊断及治疗进展作一综述。

Advances in diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular adverse events associated with breast cancer treatment

Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor all over the world and the main cause of cancer death in females.In the past 40 years,with the continuous improvement of diagnosis and treatment methods,the mortality of early breast cancer has decreased by nearly 40%,and increasing attention has been paid to cardiotoxicity and long-term prognosis of patients with breast cancer at early treatment.Treatment-related cardiovascular adverse events have become a common cause of death in patients with cancers,and cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are the main cause of death in patients with breast cancer over 50 years old.In clinic,early screening and management of cardiovascular adverse events in patients with breast cancer is particularly important for improving the patients' survival rate and quality of life.This paper reviews the progress on early diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular adverse events related to breast cancer treatment.
