黄芪对自然衰老小鼠皮肤中ATP酶活力影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的]本项研究旨在观察黄芪提取波对自然衰老小鼠皮肤中ATP酶活力的影响,检测黄芪提取液在延缓小鼠皮肤自然衰老方面的作用。方法]昆明种4月龄雌性小鼠12只作为青年对照组(A),18月龄雌性小鼠36只作为老年组,再随机分为3组,每组12只:老年空白对照组(B),老年阳性对照组(C),黄芪组(D)。用药30天,第31天处死动物并取材。结果]与老年空白对照组(B)相比,黄芪组(D)小鼠皮肤组织中的ATP酶活力均明显升高(P<0.01)。结论]中药黄芪提取液可以有效增加ATP酶的活性,达到延缓皮肤组织衰老的作用。

Astragalus on Natural Aging in The ATP Activity in Mouse Skin in Rats

Abstract: Objective ] To study the effect of Astragalus extract to the skin of natural aging mouse in ATP enzyme, to detect the function of Astragalus extract in delaying the role of natural aging in mouse skin. method] 12 of female Kunming mice of 4 -month -old as the young control group(A) , 36 of female Kunming mice of 18 -month -old as the old age group, and then were randomly divided into 3 groups,with every group having 12 Kunming mice of 18 - month - old: elderly control group(B) , positive control group of older(C) , group of Astragalus ( D). Operating 30 days, once a day. The first 31 days all the mice were executed and derived. Results ] Compared with groupB, the ATP enzyme activity in the organizational structure of skin in group D was significantly higher ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion] Astragalus extract can, increase ATP enzyme activity, slow down skin aging.
