摘    要:人工髋关节的寿命和关节面的磨损密切相关。本文阐述了磨损、磨损颗粒和细胞因子在无菌性松动中的可能作用。比较了不同材料的性能。提出生物陶瓷材料在人工髋关节材料中的良好的性能和光明前景。

Abstract:The life of the artificial hip joint is closely related to joint surface wear. Wear classification, wear particles, cytokines and its possible role in aseptic loosening are discussed. Different kind of materials are compared, the excellent performance of the bioceramics is concluded and its bright future in the artificial hip joint is suggested.
