前白蛋白和超敏C反应蛋白与老年冠心病严重程度的关系

目的：研究血清前白蛋白（PA）和超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与老年冠心病严重程度的关系,探讨其在老年冠心病患者中的临床意义。方法：测定经冠脉造影确诊的50例年龄≥65岁的老年冠心病患者血清中PA和hs-CRP的含量。结果：老年冠心病患者血中PA含量显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）,且依照稳定心绞痛（SAP）、不稳定心绞痛（UAP）、急性心肌梗死（AMI）顺序降低（P〈0.05）;hs-CRP含量显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）,且依照SAP、UAP、AMI顺序显著增高（P〈0.05）。随着冠脉病变的支数的增加,PA含量逐渐降低（P〈0.05）,hs-CRP的含量逐渐升高（P〈0.05）。结论：PA、hs-CRP与老年冠心病患者严重程度有关,可作为临床监测老年冠心病发病及严重程度的指标。

Relationship between serum prealbumin, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and the severity of coronary heart disease in elderly Patients

Objective:To investigate the significance of the serum level of prealbumin(PA)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in elderly patients with coronary artery disease.Methods:The concentrations of PA and hs-CRP in 50 elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)were detected and compared with that in 25 healthy controls.Results:The serum PA level in CHD was significantly lower than that in normal controls(P<0.01).The levels of PA in acute myocardial infarction(AMI)group and unstable angina pectoris(UAP)group were lower than that in stable angina pectoris(SAP)group(P<0.05).And the level of PA in AMI group also lower than that in UAP group(P<0.01).The serum hs-CRP levels were markedly higher than that in normal controls(P<0.01).The severer the disease,the higher the levels.Conclusion:The PA and hs-CRP concentration were closely associated with the severity of CHD in elderly patients.
