| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早期气管切开对改善重型颅脑外伤昏迷患者预后的意义.方法:对本院ICU 1997～2005年收治的141例确认重型颅脑外伤昏迷患者,共106例行气管切开术.其中74例早期行气管切开术(48 h内),余32例较晚切开(48 h以后).结果:早期切开有12例死亡(死亡率16.2%),持续植物状态生存5例,57例平均昏迷时间16 d;48 h以后切开,死亡13例(死亡率40.6%),植物状态生存5例,14例平均昏迷25 d.结论:早期气管切开对改善重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者的预后有积极意义,能降低死亡率,缩短昏迷时间.
