| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨直结肠癌超微结构时透射电镜样本取材过程中的细节.方法:收集香港大学玛丽医院直结肠外科手术切除的直结肠腺癌大体标本共20例.结果:20例中有18例取材满意,得到了详细的样本制作数据.结论:电镜样本的取材应做到:取前准备周密,取时快、小、冷、准、狠.详细记录取材过程,特别要准确地记录每一步操作的时间和操作的持续时间. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the sampling details when researching the ultrastructure of mitochondria of colorectal cancer.Methods: 20 cases of colorectal cancer specimens were collected from Mary hospital in University of Hong Kong.Results: The 18 samples out of 20 cases were in satisfactory for their rich and detail data.Conclusion: Sampling for electron microscope should be done: to get everything ready before sampling;to be quick,small,cold,accurate and sharp when sampling.It needs to record sampling processes in detail,especially the starting and lasting time of each sampling step. |
