| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨复方丹参和氢化可的松治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效.方法:46例过敏性紫癜按住院的先后随机分成治疗组和对照组两组.治疗组给以复方丹参注射液治疗,对照组给以氢化可的松治疗.结果:复方丹参在过敏性紫癜中的治疗效果优于氢化可的松,两组具有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:复方丹参对过敏性紫癜的治疗有一定的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects between compound Danshen and hydrocortisone for anaphylactoid purpura.Methods: 46 cases of the patients with anaphylactoid purpura were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in treatment and control group were treated with compound danshen injection and hydrocortisone injection respectively.Results: There was obvious difference between treatment and control groups(P<0.05).The compound danshen was better than hydrocortisone.Conclusion: Compound danshen has definite therapeutic effects for anaphylactoid purpura. |
