自体口腔黏膜移植联合羟基磷灰石义眼台植入治疗结膜囊狭窄

目的:探讨自体口腔黏膜移植联合羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HA)义眼台植入治疗结膜囊狭窄临床效果.方法:局麻下对109例(109眼)结膜囊狭窄患者行自体口腔黏膜移植联合HA义眼台植入治疗.结果:100例疗效满意,并发症9例,占8.25%.主要有:①眼台暴露3例,行2次口腔黏膜移植修补成功;②结膜一口腔黏膜切口裂开6例,4例自行愈合,2例第2次松解缝合后愈合.结论:自体口腔黏膜移植无排斥反应,联合HA眼台植入是治疗结膜囊狭窄的有效方法.

Transplantation of autogenous oral mucosa with orbital implantation of hydroxyapative for constraction of conjunctival sac

Objective:To observe the clinical effects on transplantation of autogenous oral mucosa combined with orbital implantation of hydroxyapative(HA)for reconstraction of conjunctival sac.Methods: A total of 109 patients(109 eyes) suffered conjunctival constriction were treated by above combined treatment for reconstruction of conjunctival sac.The patients' ages from12 to 68 years old.Results: Both motility and the cosmetic results in 100 cases(100 eyes) were satisfied and there were only 9 cases of complications(8.25%).Among the complicated eyes,3 eyes were exposure of HA,and were underwent reconstuction of conjunctival sac again in six months.Conjunctival epithelium could not cover the defect areas in the another 6 eyes.Conclusion: The transplantation of autogenous oral mucosa with orbital implantation of hydroxyapative(HA)for reconstraction of conjunctival sac are safe and effective.
