| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔多发性脂肪瘤的临床特点.方法:对1992年2月～2004年10月7例腹腔多发性脂肪瘤行13次手术治疗进行回顾性分析.结果:无手术死亡,7例术后均复发,随着手术次数增多,病理恶性程度也随着递增,复发时间缩短.结论:腹腔多发性脂肪瘤以手术治疗为主,复发后病理性质改变,积极手术治疗,仍可提高生活质量,延长生命.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical characters of intraabdominal multiple myolipomas.Methods: Seven patients with intraabdominal multiple myolipomas were retrospectively analyzed from Feb.1992 to Jul.2004. Results: There was no one dead in the operation,and all cases were recrudesced.With the increase of operational time,the malignant degree of tumor was increased and the recurring time was shortened.Conclusion: operation is the main therapy for intraabdominal multiple myolipomas.Although the pathological characters changed when the tumor recurred,and the qualities and lifetimes of the patients can be improved and prolonged by performing surgery forwardly. |
