| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的有效性及安全性.方法:总结输尿管镜下钬激光治疗123例输尿管结石患者的临床资料.结石直径0.5～2.0 cm,平均1.1 cm.结果:123例输尿管结石患者一次手术取尽率为86.2%(106例),有9例结石完整进入肾内,8例因结石之下输尿管严重扭曲改其他术式.平均手术时间和术后住院天数分别为55 min及4 d.结论:对于直径＜2 cm、结石处炎症肉芽组织多、结石下段无明显梗阻的输尿管结石,输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗仍是最好的选择.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe clinical effectivity and safety of holmium laser lithotrity on ureteral calculi.Methods: 123 patients with ureteral calculus were treated with Vensapulse Select holmium laser lithotrity through urethra under ureteroscopy.The diameter of calculus was 0.5~2.0 cm,average 1.1 cm.Results: The grinding rate of calculus after one lithotrity was 83.5%,of 9 cases calculus run in kidney,other 8 cases were subject to surgery due to renal duct severe twist under calculus.The average operating time was 55 minutes;postoperative hospital stay was 4 days.Conclusion: holmium laser lithotrity is an optimal way in patient with ureteral calculus that diameter in 2 cm,more inflammatory granulation tissue around calculus and no manifest obstruct under calculus. |
