| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组代ABC法对75例良性前列腺增生（BPH）的组织中ER、AR及PR进行检测．结果显示ER、AR、PR在腺体和间质中均有分布，三种性激素受体在间质中的阳性率、含量和强度均高于腺体中，其差异有显著性（P＜0．05），表明性激素受体（SR）在间质中的效应作用在前列腺增生的发病机理中起了重要作用．笔者还发现ER随着年龄增长而有递增的趋势，而AR随着年龄有递减趋势．

| Abstract: | ABC immunohistochemical method was performed on 75 benign prostatic hyperplasea to detect estrogen receptor (ER),androgen receptor(AR)and progestogen receptor (PR). The results showed that ER,AR and PR were distributed in stromal cells as well as glandular cells, and there were significant differences in the positive-rates, contents and intensity of ER,AR and PR between stromal cells and glandular cells. lt is suggested that the effect of sex hormone recepors in stromal cells may be of importance in the pathogenegis of benign prostatic hyperplasia. It was also noticed that ER increased gradually with the increase of age while AR decreased. |
