| 摘 要： | 目的:建立苦玄参药材HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,科学评价并有效控制苦玄参药材质量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长264nm,柱温25℃,使用"计算机辅助相似度评价软件"进行数据处理。结果:建立了苦玄参药材的HPLC指纹图谱,以苦玄参苷IA为参照峰,确立了苦玄参药材指纹图谱中的22个共有峰,测定了15批次苦玄参HPLC指纹图谱与对照药材图谱的相似度。结论:所建立的苦玄参药材HPLC指纹图谱,精密度、重现性和稳定性较好,有助于苦玄参药材的规范化种植及药材的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:Establish HPLC fingerprints of Picriafel-tarrae Lour(PLT);get the control chromatogram and the fingerprints of PTL collected so as to establish a sensitive and specific method for controlling the quality of PTL.Methods:RP-HPLC was used on a C18 column,with a mixture solution of acetonitrile and 0.3%H3PO4 as mobile phase using a gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min,the column temperature was 25℃;and the detection wavelength was 262nm.Use the "Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation" software to compare the quality of PLT.Results:The HPLC fingerprints of Picriafel-tarrae Lour,showing 22 characteristic peaks,was establishied from 15 losts of Picriafel-tarrae Lour.Conclusion:Establish the RP-HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of PLT,get reference fingerprint chromatogram.This method is sensitive,quick,and useful to actualize standardization planting.It can be used for the quality control for PLT. |
